i've been feeling a little blah lately. winter is not my favorite season, and when the days are gray, i sometimes start to feel a little down and dreary too. sometimes i just need a reminder that i have lots of reasons to smile. i made a list today of things i am grateful for and you know what? i felt a lot better. you should think of your reasons to smile too.
