good times. maybe i will catch up on that at some point...
anyway. i'm writing this while sitting in the periodicals in the HBLL. i have three tests to take in the next two to three days, which is why i've been spending basically every night in the lib. gross. i just got tired of writing down facts about the ludovisi battle sarcophagus so i decided to take a break and write a blog post.
okay whoa. LESS THAN A MONTH IS LEFT OF MY FRESHMAN YEAR.
it's been amazing and there are so many things we're planning to pack into these last few weeks. i'm going to miss all my friends here so much but i am more than ready to be home in jersey.
things i am most excited for when i get home:
1. being with the fam. especially this lovely lady.
2. the color green. i miss it. this is my bedroom window back home.
3. going to the beach. i miss the ocean.
4. sunshine. warm weather. no more reading/homework/quizzes/tests for four whole months. that sounds like heaven.
5. rita's italian ice and wawa. and jersey fresh produce. non-mid-atlantic-east-coasters, you just don't understand what you're missing.
liz took these pictures too.
6. seeing my friends from back home!
7. sleeping in my own bed. cooking my own food.
8. making money. even though i work on a farm and it's miserable. it will be nice to have an income again.
but, things i will miss most when i leave:
1. my friends! i'm going to miss them so much, especially all my guy friends leaving on their missions and the girls in my hall who i've gotten to know and love so much.
2. my beloved meal plan. i am so sad now that i've realized i only have one month to buy whatever food i want all the time. needless to say, i will be spending lots of time at jamba juice and legends grille.
unrelatedly, have i mentioned i'm the best sister ever?
exhibit A:
today i bought my little sister a jimmer hoodie which i will be sending in the mail tomorrow.
exhibit B:
my sister was captain of her team [tartuca aka the turtle] for this italian club event last week. she asked me if i wanted to make outfits and get my friends to be the mascots. since it involved dressing up like teenage mutant ninja turtles, we said yes. obvi.
